Terms & Conditions

All Outlaw Standard products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it typically enters production within 1 business day and takes 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Shipping time is in addition to production time and varies by destination and carrier.

Because items are printed on demand, orders cannot be modified once they have entered production. See the Cancellations section below for the cancellation window.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check the address in your order confirmation email. Outlaw Standard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you; reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Outlaw Standard is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen in transit or after the carrier marks them as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first, then contact us within 15 days of the marked delivery date at team@outlawstandard.shop. We will review claims case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to resolve.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days after shipment, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace the order.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order enters production, whichever comes first. To cancel, email team@outlawstandard.shop with your order number. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, contact team@outlawstandard.shop with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Items that arrive worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be refunded. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at team@outlawstandard.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

Requests made outside these windows cannot be honored.

Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. We cannot manually apply discount codes or adjust pricing on orders after payment has been accepted. Only one discount code may be applied per purchase.

Sale prices and discount codes are valid only during the stated sale period and will not be applied to orders placed before or after the sale. Limited-run and vaulted designs will not be reprinted once retired.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility. Prices displayed in currencies other than USD are subject to daily foreign exchange rate fluctuations. Outlaw Standard is not responsible for exchange rate differences or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

All designs, logos, artwork, and content on this site are the property of Outlaw Standard and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to orders placed after the date of the change.
